But as we detailed in this week’s feature, “Spin City!,” Denver’s hundreds of sign twirlers face government regulations, patented tricks and the personal safety risks. Annually, AArrow Advertising hosts an international World Sign Spinning Championship to crown the best on the planet, but what about Denver? Who is the city’s top twirler?
