At 1 p.m. today, the Amendment 64 Task Force will announce its recommendations for implementing the title measure, which allows adults 21 and over to use and possess small amounts of marijuana.
We’ll be on the scene to provide a full report. But we’ve already got a pretty good idea what will get the nod thanks to the task force working group’s “recommendation template” — the document being used by the Town of Nederland to try to come up with its own weed regs.
