The Aurora Police Department hasn’t formally named Alan Geisler, 46, as a suspect in the death of his common-law wife.
However, the APD is asking for the public’s help in tracking him down following a grim discovery at a home on the 18000 block of East Pacific Place.
Cops responded to a call just past 3 p.m. yesterday. A woman at the residence was dead and had suffered what the APD calls “apparent injuries.” At this point, though, the department is neither adding more details nor identifying the victim.
As for Giesler, the APD is circulating a booking photo of a glowering Geisler and detailed information about the truck he may be driving: a 2008 silver Toyota Tacoma with Colorado license plate 537-RTO and, possibly, an all-terrain vehicle in its bed. Folks with info are encouraged to phone Detective Mark Yacano at 303-739-6090 or Crime Stoppers at (720) 913-STOP (7867).
