His body of work is widely respected and studied by producers and MCs alike. The Madlib Medicine Show series only scratches the surface of the beatmaster’s prowess, but it’s also an incredible representation of his raw and eclectic talent. Madlib, whose persona is as much an enigma as his music, will no doubt be ready to show off and show out at this City Hall gig.
