Remember Vail’s Wildflower? The restaurant was legendary, and at 7 p.m. tonight The Empire Lounge and Restaurant, 816 Main Street in Louisville, will host a Wildflower Throwback. Wildflower’s founder, Jim Cohen, who owns the Empire, will host this gastronomic tribute. Admission is $65; to make a reservation, call 303-665-2521.
