Next Tuesday night — that’s Fat Tuesday, by the way — the crew that launched the Chef and Brew festival last fall, will be back with Creole Food and Killer Beer, a food-and-beer collaboration between Beercraving.com, Strange Brewing Company and chef Michael Long.

The event, which will be held at Strange at 6 p.m., kicks off with a beer-and-nibbles hour, followed by a multi-course, family-style dinner at 7 p.m. (menu is below), cooked by Long, and we’re giving away two tickets to attend the festivities. Here’s what we want to know: How many pints of cherry bomb stout did Strange Brewing pour on February 2?
