Asher Brewing Company is Colorado’s first (and, right now, only) certified organic brewery, and tonight you can taste its creations at Terroir’s Community Beer Dinner.

The three-course menu features mussels, chiles, roasted tomatoes and shallots topped with poblano chili romesco sauce and paired with Hippie Nectar wheat; apple/chard-stuffed pork tenderloin with apples, sweet potatoes, pancetta and roasted garlic, paired with Tree Hugger amber ale; and blue-cheese cheesecake with date and fig compote, paired with Green Monstah strong ale.

Tickets are $25 for this community-style meal, and there’s only room for fifteen guests, so make your reservations fast at 303-651-0630. Terroir is located at 246 Main Street in Longmont.
