Mike Henderson may have jumped ship for other projects, but the cocktail show at TAG must go on. TAG tender Brian Melton will take over lead mixology duties, while floor manager Travis Plakke will take care of the behind-the-scenes details.
And in TAG’s dark basement lounge on Tuesday night, the recently re-formed bar staff rolled out its lineup of summer cocktails to a crowd of party-goers, gleaning feedback on favorite patio sippers, and showing enthusiasts that even post-Henderson, the beverage program at the restaurant packs a punch.
The new beverages preserve the theme of the old, playing on the same brand of fusion that chef Troy Guard employs in his food.
