It’s finally — blissfully — patio season, and that means that one of the best tables in town on a weekend morning is at Gaia Bistro, where the tables on the patio and sprinkled across the lush garden are usually full of regulars, brunching lazily in the sun.

I’ve been a fan of that patio for a long time — since before Gaia had a liquor license, which meant you were enjoying it over coffee rather than mimosas and Bloody Marys.

The restaurant got a liquor license earlier this year, though, and added dinner hours a few months ago in celebration. So for this week’s review, I ate through Gaia’s board both morning and night, savoring the seasonal dishes that Gaia puts together from local purveyors and produce from its own garden.

And how are those dishes? Find out tomorrow when the review is posted here.
