Denver is also being infiltrated by businesses from Oregon, most recently Thump Coffee, a mini-coffeehouse chain that just opened its first location outside of Oregon on East 13th Avenue, in the heart of Colorado’s Capitol Hill. Why are all the Oregon folks coming to Denver all the sudden? My restaurant (Fire on the Mountain) is from Portland, Voodoo Donuts is from Portland and now Thump…. I can’t hate on it, just curious what the draw to the Denver market is…. hipsters? Lol.
