Highland already has Prost Brewing, on the very edge of LoHi. And this month, it’s also scheduled to get Prost Fine Beer and Sausage, an outpost of a Frisco-based restaurant that has no connection to Denver’s Prost…except a mile or so of pavement. The two Prosts have agreed to avoid the litigious name game — but can the new Prost avoid the hipster haters?
