Although the first three iterations of Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar — in Boulder, LoDo and Fort Collins — made themselves at home in old buildings, for the fourth restaurant, the Big Red F restaurant group took on a completely new space, in the CitySet project at the edge of Glendale. And as Gretchen Kurtz reports in this week’s review of Jax Glendale, things are going swimmingly there. Still, some readers think that location is a fish out of water….
