Back in February, when H Burger Co, 1555 Blake Street, opened its doors in the SugarCube building downtown, the restaurant’s partners told us that, if things went well, they’d want to expand across Colorado. In fact, they even changed the name — the eatery was originally going to be called H Burger Lounge.
And in light of my review this week, a few readers have asked if those plans are still in the works.
The group confirms that it’s moving forward in the quest for another spot, but notes that a location hasn’t been chosen yet. “We’re looking for a perfect situation,” says owner Pete Pflum. “We don’t have anything definitive on the books yet, but we do plan on opening another restaurant.”
He also notes that Boulder and Denver are potential locations, though nothing has been solidified.
