Frasca’s Instituto Frasca Per Il Vino series continues this week with a program highlighting the wines of “The Islands” (Sicily and Corsica.) Wine enthusiasts have three chances to take part in a class: today, tomorrow and Thursday. From 6 to 8 p.m. each day, Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey will lead students through an in-depth look at wines of the the islands through a specially curated flight. The one-night class is $325, which includes workbook, wines, tax and gratuities. Frasca will wrap up the 2016 school year with three classes on the wines of the Loire Valley in April.
