Wine may not be a typical gift for a first birthday, but Coohills will celebrate its first anniversary by offering a complimentary glass of Chandon Blanc de Noirs and an amuse bouche created by chef/co-owner Tom Coohill to all customers on Saturday, November 3.

Tom and Diane Coohill have enjoyed steady business since they opened Coohills last year. “Diane and I are grateful to Denver and to local diners for making our first year such a success,” Tom says. “Now that we’ve made it through the baby stage by turning one, we plan to continue striving to earn and maintain the loyalty of customers new and old. We love being in Denver, and look forward to evolving and growing the business we cherish.”
The Coohills will not only give their loyal customers a free glass of wine and appetizer on Saturday. To keep the birthday buzz going, bottles of Jordan Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon will be half-price that night.
