Chef Vue sounded like such a good idea: A Town Center of Aurora version of US Thai Cafe, Ma Vue’s six-year-old restaurant in Edgewater, which serves some of the best curry in the area.
But Aurora eaters didn’t view Chef Vue the same way: It didn’t even last six months, becoming one of a handful of restaurants that both opened and closed in 2011.
