Art & Writing, one of Eric Matelski’s favorite shows to curate, currenty fills the rooms of the historic Milheim House, a stately Denver Square from the turn of the last century, complete with a wraparound porch, that’s now home to Lighthouse Writers Workshop. Conceived as a side trip of the annual Lit Fest last month, it’s a cheeky collection by local artists curated to suit each of the mansion’s rooms.

To cap its run, Matelski will lead a free tour through those rooms at 11 a.m. Sunday, July 6, sprinkling in a little of the home’s historic lore while introducing the work of some of his favorite artists. Here’s a preview of the art you’ll see.
