Someone who we caught rocking innovative menswear is Marques Pryor, a cashier at a Hyatt hotel , who was wearing a circuit board turned lapel pin. 2014 jam: “Viva La Vida” by Coldplay. It always has been and always will.
Style inspirations/icons: The Armoury, which is a men’s shop in Hong Kong. Sadly enough, science-fiction, math, and science inspire my style, too.
Favorite accessory: A dragon lapel pin made out of a circuit board. The eye is a small bit of Abalone shell. My boyfriend got it made from an online shop called The Blue Kraken. It ended up becoming the first of a line of pins she now makes!
Favorite color: Green.
Style mantra: Dress for the job you want, not the job you have.
Shops at: Anywhere and everywhere I can afford. I shop too much online. Thrift stores and stores like Ross and TJ Maxx are a great place to find neckties.

Style analysis: Pryor demonstrates how selecting what you wear can be an art form in itself. He crafts this technologically savvy look by mixing prints with his scarf and plaid button-up shirt. His grey blazer is a nice neutral color to allow his favorite accessory to standout. Pryor’s interest in science-fiction like Star Wars along with math and science inspire him to wear outdated technology as fashion. He mixes business-wear with avant-garde to form a look completely his own.
