And Elise Wiggins ended her decade-plus run at Panzano, one of our favorite Italian restaurants in town; she’ll be announcing a new project soon. Also balancing bitter and sweet, Troy Guard explained why he pulled the plug on his Lowry outpost of Bubu, and talked about the idea behind its replacement, Lucky Cat.
