The start to food truck season was a little rocky -or rainy – for Civic Center Eats as the first couple of May dates were washed out due to thunderstorms. But once monsoon season settled down, Tuesdays and Thursdays at Civic Center Park became the place to be for great tacos, barbecue, burgers and a host of other international street eats. Yesterday marked the final lunchtime rally at the park and Denverites showed up in droves on a warm and sunny day.
