I posted an ad to rent half my house in Westminster, I got a lot of responses, but they all failed to read the ad. EVERY response had multiple dogs (2 minimum). And the $1,200 for 3br was out of most people’s price range. Or they had 3 kids, when ad said max 2 adults. I was not inundated with responses like in the ad. It was all people who couldn’t pass a background check. Or wanted to grow pot.
