Yesterday, the Sleeper house – the Colorado mountain home made famous by Woody Allen’s 1973 film Sleeper – sold at auction for $1.53 million – less than half of the $3.43 million Michael Dunahay paid for it four years ago. But if it hasn’t held its value, it remains an iconic structure on a spectacular piece of real estate, as you can see in the photos below, from an album by photographer Patrick Young. A bargain?
