Eater National recently created heat maps for several cities across the country that chronicle the hot new places in a city and plot them on a map with descriptions, for anyone wondering where to eat right now.
And today, Denver gets its very own.
They solicited our suggestions for the list, and since we were asked to name places that have opened in the last year or so, we tried to pick buzzed-about restaurants that had geographical and gastronomical distribution, including TAG RAW BAR, the newest restaurant from Troy Guard, Biker Jim’s Gourmet Dogs — which just opened on Larimer Street last week — El Diablo down on Broadway, and Street Kitchen Asian Bistro in the southern suburbs.
