A few days ago, we got a call from Tom, a reader who was interested in trying Persian food but didn’t know where to find it.
“Is there any restaurant in the metro Denver area serving Persian food?” he asked.
For him, and for others who might have the same question, we have a few suggestions.
There are a few joints in Denver that specialize specifically in Persian cuisine, serving kabobs, pungent Iranian stews over rice and a thick soup called ash:
