Over on ProofTrader ( a collaborative stock picking site ) one analyst believes the Shophouse concept will end up being a huge catalyst for Chipotle’s stock.

Ells may not have been been able to pick a real winner for America’s Next Great Restaurant, with Soul Daddy going down, but it looks like he has one of his own.
