The space at the Tabor Center that’s now home to Ambria, chef/owner Jeremy Kittelson’s restaurant that opens today, was a Ling & Louie’s just two weeks ago…but it’s undergone an amazing transformation.

Still, it’s hard to focus on the surroundings when the dishes look as good as they did in our photographic sneak peek of Ambria. Lori Midson’s pictures had food fans salivating:

Wow, beautiful photos. It would appear that Mr. Kittelson can cook. These snaps rival the Wooden Table foodography for sheer artistic value. They certainly should be hung somewhere! If not at Ambria, maybe the Museum of Contemporary Art?
