Over the weekend, the Denver music scene lost another one of its own, and the whole town is reeling from the loss. Bryon Woodard was a dearly regarded member of our scene. As one reader asserted yesterday, he was as iconic as the Cricket on the Hill, the beloved Capitol Hill bar he once co-owned with Chris Rawles. Jim Moore, who posted our comment of the day, remembers Woodard as a tireless supporter of music whose generous shots of Jaeger were nearly as big as his heart:
