Word on the street is Atlanta’s cocaine rap king Young Jeezy is making his way to the Mile High City on August 23 at the Ogden Theatre. The TM103 tour is a continuation of Jeezy’s “Thug Motivation” series of albums and will no doubt feature a wide array of tracks from his four studio albums and slew of mixtapes. Tickets for this one go on sale tomorrow morning at 10 a.m.

Jeezy first stepped on the scene with vivid tales of drug life that particularly capitalized off the genre of “trap” music that was on the rise in 2005. Referring to a secluded spot where drugs are kept, tales of the “trap” catapulted Young Jeezy — who went on to collaborate with Kanye West, Jay-Z, and other hip-hop heavyweights — to the top of the class.
