Austin’s Krum Bums (due tonight at the Marquis Theater with the Bad Engrish, Potato Pirates and Thee S.O.B.’s) has seen its share of line-up changes over the years. Regardless of revolving players, the band — which takes its name from a Simpsons’ reference — led by founding members, vocalist Dave Tejas and guitarist Trae Martinez, has stayed true to its straight up punk rock sound.
Touring earlier in the summer with Citizen Fish, Krum Bums are now on the road as headliners, supporting the release of their latest full-length, Cut The Noose, a rowdy continuation of the band’s throwback sound. This show is all ages, and tickets are $8-10. Doors open at 7 p.m., and bands start at 8 p.m.
