The raves are coming in for the Wooden Table and its talented chef, Brett Shaheen, the subject of this week’s Chef and Tell interview. Shaheen has worked at kitchens around Denver, and left a gig as exec chef at Osteria Marco to do his own thing — in the ‘burbs.

Says Jared:

Brett is doing amazing food in an area way ahead of it’s time! Anyone that thinks they know and appreciate food should check out Wooden Table and realize great food doesn’t just have to be located in downtown Denver!

Love love LOVE the food here! The fresh mozzarella is phenomenal, as is the Prosciutto di Parma. It’s definitely worth a trip if you haven’t been before…you won’t be disappointed.

And, in a totally unrelated development, not a single unattractive person works here!! Seriously, it’s like your food is being served and prepared by a group of supermodels. Lovely, delicious supermodels!

Supermodels? Find out more about Shaheen and the Wooden Table when the second installment of Chef and Tell is posted here today.
