The local branch of Dress for Success — a national nonprofit that provides appropriate business attire for low-income women with job interviews — is celebrating its tenth anniversary of do-gooding in Denver, and its staff will be tooting the organization’s horn at an appropriate place: Soulrise Gallery, a woman-centric spot at 821 West Eighth Avenue that’s in the midst of its own celebration honoring Women’s History Month. Call it sisterly love.

Bring donations of gently used suits and handbags to tonight’s open house from 7 to 10 p.m. Along with food, wine and live music, donors will receive discounts on gallery merchandise (one item per person). Admission is a $10 donation at the door; entry in a Soulrise raffle is also $10. For details, call 303-825-7685 or go to www.soulrisegallery.com. For information about Dress for Success, visit www.dressforsuccess.org.
Wed., April 11, 6-8 p.m.
